1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): Delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • Express Shipping (Domestic): Delivery within 2-3 business days.

  • International Shipping: Delivery within 7-14 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.

3. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

4. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We offer flat-rate shipping options for some regions, which will be displayed at checkout.

8. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For damaged items, please provide photos of the packaging and item to assist with the claim process.

9. Return Shipping
In the event of a return, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
